A budget-friendly twist on a classic favorite! Juicy, tender chicken breast coated in a crunchy, spicy breading, served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, and a zesty mayo sauce.
ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce and tomato, for topping
- Mayonnaise
