- 2 cups Napa cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 package dumpling wrappers

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold in half, and press the edges to seal. Repeat until all the filling is used.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the dumplings in a single layer and cook until the bottoms become golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Add ¼ cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately. Allow the dumplings to steam for 6-7 minutes or until the wrappers are tender.
