- 453.59 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 236.59 ml cooked millet
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 ml olive oil
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 ml smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 carrots, grated
- 4 eggs
- 60 ml milk

In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, onion slices, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts and sliced onions evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
