ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
