Crunchy and flavorful tofu bites coated in a light corn starch batter, perfect for a quick appetizer or snack.
ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.

In a bowl, mix corn starch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Toss tofu cubes in the corn starch mixture until evenly coated.
