- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
