Spice Fusion Beef Stir-Fry

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups cooked jasmine rice, for serving

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, Sriracha sauce, and cornstarch to create the spicy sauce. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then sear until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add onions, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the beef to the skillet and pour the spicy sauce over the mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
