Easy Oatmeal Cookies

These chewy and delicious Oatmeal Cookies are quick to whip up and require only a few simple pantry staples. Perfect for a quick dessert or an anytime snack!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
