Easy Oil Free 4 Ingredients Pizza Dough

- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tablespoon yeast
- 2 1/2 warm water (to proof dough)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 salt

Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a pizza stone or baking sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the warm water, yeast, and sugar until proofed (5 minutes)

Cover dough in a bowl, for 2 hours to allow the dough to double in size.

After 2 hours, place on board, using your hands to knead the dough gently for about 1-2 minutes until it forms a smooth ball.

Divide the dough into two equal portions,

On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion of the dough into your desired pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Transfer the rolled dough onto the prepared pizza stone, pizza pans or baking sheet.
