- Water - approximately 4 gallons
- Yeast - Safebrew T-58 (11.5g)

Heat water in a large pot and add malt extracts, stirring until dissolved.

Add Vienna Malt, Tettnang Hops, and sliced ginger. Boil for 60 minutes.

Remove from heat, add elderberries, and let cool.

Transfer to a fermenter, pitch yeast, and let ferment for 7-10 days.
