Fiery Feta Burger with Crispy Serrano Peppers

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 serrano peppers
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of feta cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 red onion slices
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: Sriracha or hot sauce for an extra kick
