- 2 large red capsicums, deseeded and cut into strips
- 2 large green capsicums, deseeded and cut into strips
- 2 medium-sized onions, thinly sliced
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt, to taste
