Crispy corn tortillas filled with tender Mongolian beef, topped with fresh cilantro and a spicy chili sauce for a fiery kick!
ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Red chili flakes, for garnish

In a bowl, coat beef strips with cornstarch.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add beef and cook until browned.

Stir in sauce mixture, beef broth, and water. Simmer until sauce thickens.

Heat tortillas until crispy. Fill with beef mixture.
