- 8 oz noodles
- ½ lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb beef, thinly sliced
- ½ lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, carrots)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, grated
- ¼ cup keycap manis sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Repeat the process for beef and chicken, cooking them separately. Remove each from the wok and set aside.

Heat the remaining vegetable oil in the same wok.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Return the prawns, beef, and chicken to the wok, and stir to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the keycap manis sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the meat and vegetables, stirring well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well-coated in the sauce.
