- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Avocado slices (optional)
steps

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the wok. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are tender.

Push the vegetables to the side and add the marinated beef to the wok. Cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- 5.
Stir the vegetables and beef together, then add lime juice. Mix well and cook for another minute.
- 6.
In a separate area of the wok, add the cauliflower rice and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- 7.
Serve the beef mixture over cauliflower rice, garnishing with fresh cilantro and avocado slices, if desired.
