- 2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

In a food processor, pulse mixed berries, nuts, oats, and coconut until finely chopped.
