Fresh, homemade bruschetta with colorful vegetables and herbs on toasted baguette slices.
ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
