ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Deglaze pan with white wine, simmer for 1 minute.

Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Toss in pasta, coating with the shrimp and sauce mixture.
