ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Bearded Tree Mead
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

In a bowl, mix mead, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.

In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and sauté bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots until tender-crisp.
