Garlic Shrimp Mushroom Stir-Fry

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and black pepper to taste
