Gluten-Free Berry Sheet Pancake

A fruity and fluffy pancake that’s baked to perfection, without any gluten, dairy, or eggs. Easy to make and great for a crowd.

- 2 cups gluten-free self-raising flour mix
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups plant milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
