ingredients
- 3 lbs Briess CBW® Golden Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 3 lbs Briess CBW® Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 1 lb Briess Brewers Malt
- 1 lb Bries Brewers Yellow Corn Flakes
- 1 oz Crystal hops
- 1 pack Ferments Saale US-05 yeast
steps
- 1.
Steep grains in 3 gallons of water at 150°F for 30 minutes
- 2.
Add DME and bring to a boil
- 3.
Boil for 60 minutes, adding hops with 15 minutes left
- 4.
Cool, transfer to fermenter, pitch yeast
- 5.
Ferment for 2 weeks, then bottle or keg
