Golden Grain Medley

- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
