- 1 cup roasted pumpkin (mashed)
- 1 large shallot (finely chopped)
- ½ cup cooked chestnuts (pureed)

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced thin)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup tamarind paste
- 1 tablespoon honey

In a bowl, mix flour, turmeric, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add warm water until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped shallots and sauté until caramelized. Mix in mashed pumpkin, chestnut puree, salt, and pepper. Cook until warmed through, then let cool.
