ingredients
- 3.3 lbs Briess Ultralight LME
- 3.3 lbs Briess Pilsen Light LME
- 3.3 lbs Briess White Sorghum Syrup
- 3 lbs Monarch Wildflower honey
- Wyeast 1388 Belgian Strong Ale yeast

Bring 2 gallons of water to 155°F and mix in malt extract, honey, and sorghum syrup.

Boil for 60 minutes, cool, transfer to fermenter, top up to 5 gallons with water.
- 3.
Pitch Wyeast 1388 yeast and ferment for 7-10 days.
- 4.
Bottle, age for 2-4 weeks, and relish.
