- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 bottles Guinness extra stout or chocolate stout
- Freshly grated nutmeg

In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and honey until just simmering.
