- 4 oz ham, diced
- 4 oz sausage, sliced
- 2 strips bacon, chopped
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
