- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
