- 4 oz turkey bacon, diced
- 8 oz turkey sausage, crumbled
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 cup assorted bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- ½ cup diced onions
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 tbsp olive oil
