- 57 g unsalted butter
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1.5 g smoked paprika
- 0.5 g dried thyme
- 4 g sugar
- 454 g smoked beef bones
- 950 ml beef broth
- 240 ml water
- 240 ml dry white wine
- Salt and pepper, to taste
