- 30,000 g all-purpose flour
- 15,000 g warm water (43°C)
- 50 g instant yeast
- 75 g sugar
- 40 g salt
- 75 g dough improver
- 600 g vegetable oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, and dough improver.

Create a well in the dry mixture and pour in the warm water and vegetable oil.

Mix until a rough dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and allow it to rise in a warm environment for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 600 equal pieces, shaping each into a ball.

Place the dough balls onto greased baking sheets, leaving space between each.

Cover the rolls again and allow them to rise for an additional 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Cool slightly before serving warm.
