Honey Almond Protein Pancakes

- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- Honey and almonds for serving
