- 6 cups day-old bread, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Bearded Tree Wildflower Honey
- 1/4 cup very fine granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
