Citrus Spiced Honey Mead Remix
ingredients
- 20 liters Fresh water
- 10 kilograms Raw honey
- 5 Big oranges, cut in pieces with the skin
- A generous bunch of Raisins
- 5 sticks Cinnamon
- 10 whole Cloves
- A pinch of Nutmeg
- 5 teaspoons Yeast

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and remove from heat.

Add honey, orange pieces, raisins, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir well.
- 3.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- 4.
Sprinkle yeast over the mixture and cover with a clean towel.
- 5.
Let it ferment for 4-6 weeks, stirring occasionally.
- 6.
Strain out the solids and transfer the liquid to a clean container.
- 7.
Enjoy chilled or over ice.
