Idaho Potato Skins Treat

- 4 large Idaho potatoes
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and scrub the Idaho potatoes thoroughly. Prick them with a fork several times.
