ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 2 cans of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

In a large bowl, marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes.
