Italian Pizza Lumpia

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying
