Keto Bacon & Egg Muffins

- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
