ingredients
- 2 medium-sized avocados
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped herbs (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- 3.
Wrap each bacon slice around the inside of an avocado half.
- 4.
Crack an egg on top of each avocado half and drizzle with olive oil.
