A low-carb, keto-friendly pizza made with fluffy cloud bread crust, smothered in marinara, gooey cheese, and topped with your favorite pizza toppings. A guilt-free way to indulge in a classic comfort food favorite!
ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 6 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives (optional toppings)
