Keto Vanilla Cake with Creamy Frosting

- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar Frosting:

- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch cake pan with butter and dust with coconut flour.

Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

In another bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sweetener until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
