Korean Spicy Bulgogi Spaghetti

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, julienned
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, and sesame oil to make the marinade. Add beef slices and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet over high heat, stir-fry marinated beef until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, stir-fry bell pepper, onion, and carrot until tender.
