Decadent dark chocolate truffles with a subtle floral note of lavender. These vegan and gluten-free treats make for a perfect indulgence or gift.
ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender
- cocoa powder for dusting

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and coconut cream until smooth.

Add in the maple syrup and lavender, stirring until well combined.

Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
