Lazy Copycat Comfort Chili

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
