- 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or neutral flavor)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 apple, diced

- 1 teaspoon yeast
- A few drops of blue food dye
- Coconut oil (for cooking)
