ingredients
- 2 pounds of wildflower honey
- 1 gallon of water
- Zest of 4 lemons
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 1/4 cup of dried lavender flowers
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of yeast nutrient
- 1 teaspoon of acid blend

In a large pot, heat water and honey until dissolved.

Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and lavender flowers.

Let cool to room temperature, then stir in yeast, yeast nutrient, and acid blend.

Cover and let ferment for 1-2 weeks.

Strain out lavender flowers, then bottle and enjoy!
