Tender chicken in honey mustard sauce with tangy Feta couscous.
ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
steps
- 1.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then place in Suvie pan.
- 2.
Mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice, pour over chicken.
- 3.
Cook in Suvie for 30 mins.
- 4.
In separate pan, cook couscous per package instructions.
- 5.
Stir in Feta and peas when couscous is cooked.
- 6.
Serve chicken over couscous.
