- 12 oz Briess Crushed Crystal 60L
- 1 1/2 oz Northern Brewer Hops (bittering)
- 1 1/2 oz Willamette Hops (finishing)

In a large pot, bring 2 gallons of water to 150°F.

Steep crushed crystal malt for 30 minutes, then remove.

Add malt extract and bring to a boil.

Add Northern Brewer hops and boil for 60 minutes.

Add Willamette hops in the last 10 minutes.
- 6.
Cool wort, transfer to fermenter, pitch yeast.
- 7.
Ferment for 2 weeks, bottle, and let condition for 2 weeks.
