ingredients
- 3 lbs honey
- 1 gallon water
- 2 cups maple syrup
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 packet champagne yeast
- 1 tsp yeast nutrient

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and stir in honey until dissolved.

Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Add maple syrup, bourbon, yeast, and yeast nutrient to the cooled honey water.
- 4.
Cover and let ferment for 4-6 weeks, or until fermentation stops.
- 5.
Transfer to bottles and let age for at least 6 months before enjoying.
