ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Bearded Tree Wildflower Mead
- 1 cup heavy cream

In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture over pork chops and marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
